Bryan Perkinson
Senior AssociateBryan joined Odyssey in 2010 and is currently a member of the Odyssey New York office. Prior to working at Odyssey, Bryan worked for two Phoenix-based law firms where he gained valuable litigation, bankruptcy, and restructuring experience. Bryan also has previous experience in the construction and development industries providing advisory and consulting work.
While in law school, Bryan focused on bankruptcy and restructuring. He worked as an intern for the Honorable George B. Nielsen of the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Arizona where he gained key insights into the bankruptcy process. Bryan’s practice focuses on solvency analysis, litigation support in avoidance actions and other bankruptcy related litigations, and other restructuring services.
Evan Guynn
Senior AssociateEvan joined the Odyssey New York office in 2011 after five years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he worked closely in the alternative investments industry. He has extensive experience with domestic and foreign equities, fixed income securities, forwards, options, credit default swaps, equity swaps, and bank debt. In addition to his transactional experience, Evan has developed audit strategy plans in entity risk assessment, investment valuation, revenue recognition, capital structures and internal controls.
