Lawrence Taylor
Managing DirectorLawrence is a Partner of Odyssey Capital Group with over twenty years of corporate and restructuring experience in casino gaming, hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, real estate, medical technology and marketing services. He regularly advises distressed companies as an independent board member and focuses on companies in or imminently facing bankruptcy.
In addition to being a CFO in public and private companies, he has held a variety of senior corporate positions in finance, strategic planning and investor relations. His depth of experience with distressed companies includes debt restructuring, negotiations, strategic and financial planning, budget development, cost containment, debtor-in-possession financing, and exit financing.
Brent Belnap
Managing DirectorBrent joined Odyssey Capital in 2009 and heads the New York office. He has over twenty years experience as a senior securities, banking, and corporate attorney with Wall Street law firms, a leading global financial institution, and an innovative services company. Immediately prior to joining Odyssey, Brent was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for a $340 million international business process outsourcing and technology development company based in Manhattan.

Managing DirectorDeron is a partner of Odyssey Capital and has 25 years of executive level experience within banking and financial institutions, as well as, orchestrating successful start-up and entrepreneurial ventures for strategic investors. In his role as a Managing Director at Odyssey, Deron leverages his experience and expertise to advise clients on developing and executing strategic business plans, capital raising, corporate restructurings, debt and equity placement, and distressed asset disposition/acquisition.
