Nate Barber
DirectorNate joined Odyssey in 2008 after years of extensive transaction experience. He has worked on mergers, acquisitions, public equity offerings, and follow-on financings in a wide array of industries including real estate, technology, food & beverage, telecommunications, media, metals & mining, and oil & gas.
Prior to joining Odyssey, Nate was a member of JPMorgan's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Investment Banking team and its top ranked Latin American Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and credit groups.
Matt Foster
DirectorMatt joined Odyssey in 2009 after four years at Citizens Capital, the private equity arm of Citizens Bank. While at Citizens, he was responsible for more than a dozen investments ranging from control positions in early-stage venture capital transactions to minority equity and mezzanine investments in leveraged buyouts.
Matt has experience representing every portion of the balance sheet including equity, subordinated debt, and senior debt. He has acted as a board observer or director in both distressed and non-distressed situations in the consumer products, aviation, and software industries. Prior to entering private equity, he held managerial roles at Deo Distribution, United Carrier Networks, and I-Link.
